Ingredients :
- 20 sausage-stuffed tortellini
- 30 ml (2 tbsps) olive oil
- 2 diced Italian tomatoes
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 30 ml (2 tbsps) chopped basil
- A pinch each salt and pepper
- 30 ml (2 tbsps) olive oil
- To taste, snap pea micro sprouts
- 1 package balsamic vinegar pearls
Preparation :
- In a large pan of salted boiling water, cook pasta for 10 to 12 minutes. Reserve in a bowl with olive oil.
- Prepare salsa by mixing tomatoes, garlic, basil, and olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Presentation :
In an appetizer spoon, place a little salsa, and top with a tortellini. Place a few micro sprouts and pearls of balsamic vinegar. Repeat the operation. Serve.Tip: In order to keep tortellini wet, coat with oil.
