Our history:
Villa du Ravioli is the accomplishment of a dream shared by four young dynamic Italians, aspiring to revolutionize the pasta industry.

Micheal, Domenic and Franco Masone, with the help of Roberto Bastone started their adventure at the beginning of the 90's. To this day, the plant is located in Rivière-des-Prairies. Next to the plant production is appended a store where consumers can find mouth-watering daily fresh Italian pasta and products such as rich sauce or typically Italian gourmets cooked on the spot.

Together they have successfully lived through the Recession by adequately responding to the demand and needs of consumers. Each of them where, at that moment, concerned about accomplishing several tasks, essential to the enterprise's productivity. The offering of products and the personalized service symbolize the company's unique character and are what made it through this hazardous period.

From the agnollotti to the tortellini, the growing demand for Villa du Ravioli products have urged the founders to hire new employees in order to assure the production and sales of their products. The four innovators are now surrounded by a team of 22 employees allowing them to occupy definite management roles.
